Located on Commercial Street in the old Port district, the Company C- Portland store project consisted of an interior tenant fit up and exterior alterations to the façade of an existing one story brick building.

Company C - Hingham, MA

This facade renovation of an existing storefront in the Derby Street Shoppes was based on the design of the previously constructed store in Portland, Maine.

First Wind - Portland, ME

The Portland branch office of FIrst Wind, a wind energy company headquartered in San Francisco and Boston, is located in the historic Rackleff building. This tenant fit up required renovating an existing office space with an emphasis on sustainable design.

Rackleff Block - Portland, ME

Built in 1867 and originally designed by architect George M. Harding, the Rackleff Block building is on the National Register of Historic Places. The renovations to this building included historic preservation of the exterior, modernization of all systems, a new lobby at sidewalk level and ADA compliance.

Regency Hotel Day Spa - Portland, ME

The basement of the Regency Hotel was re-purposed to provide space for a new day spa, meeting rooms, fitness studio and expanded laundry. By replacing the existing elevator cab, the elevator now opens on to the lower level lobby, leading to all of the new guest amenities.

Rejuvenations Medi-Spa - Falmouth, ME

Rejuvenations Medi-Spa is a physician-directed personal enhancement treatment center in Falmouth. This interior renovation, inspired by nature as reflected in the choice of materials, features new lighting, all new millwork with driftwood handles, bamboo flooring and grass fabric wallcovering.
